Yes, please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to your first appointment. If you don't have your card, we can still try to look up your benefits with your insurance company name, member ID, and date of birth.
Yes — we file claims directly with your insurance company on your behalf. We'll also do our best to estimate your coverage before treatment so you know what to expect at checkout.
We have options for you! Ask about our in-house dental membership plan, which covers preventive care and provides discounts on other treatments for a flat annual fee. We also accept CareCredit financing and offer payment plans for larger treatment needs.
