New Patient FAQs

Your first visit typically takes about 60–90 minutes. This allows time for a complete examination, X-rays, a cleaning, and a thorough treatment plan review. We want you to leave feeling fully informed — never rushed.
Yes! We welcome patients of all ages, including young children. We recommend bringing children in for their first dental visit by age one, or within six months of their first tooth appearing. Our team is great with kids and works hard to make their visits fun and positive.
Absolutely. Dental anxiety is very common and something we take seriously. Please let us know before your appointment. We offer sedation dentistry options and our entire team is trained to create a calm, comfortable experience. We go at your pace.
We can help you with that. Just let us know your previous dentist's name and contact information, and we'll reach out on your behalf to request your records and X-rays. Having your previous X-rays can save you time and reduce unnecessary radiation at your first visit.
We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time slot to another patient. You can call us at 303-663-6030 or send us a message through the contact form.
